1. You place the winning bid/offer and make the initial $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit required IMMEDIATELY via PayPal or credit card.
2. Contact is made by winning bidder to a Autos Direct Online representative via email or phone to finalize transaction.
3. Bidder receives an email from Autos Direct Online requesting customer information required for all vehicle titling and documentation purposes.
4. Winning bidder forwards all information including a copy of a valid drivers' license, back to Autos Direct Online.
5. Autos Direct Online generates all required documents and sends them to winning bidder via digital paperwork package, fax, or FedEx. If winning bidder is procuring financing using a bank/credit union, Autos Direct Online will forward all documents needed by that institution on behalf of winning bidder.
6. Winning bidder returns all completed and signed documents to Autos Direct Online via fax, or FedEx, along with full payment due(less initial deposit). Full payment can be certified cashiers check, wire transfer, certified funds, or third party financing. In the event the winning bidder is using a bank/credit union, that institution will send funds to Autos Direct Online.
7. All funds clear.
8. Your vehicle is now ready for delivery/pick-up. The vehicle can be picked up at our facility for shipping during normal business hours, or can be picked up by the winning bidder on an appointment basis. Whether being shipped or picked up, vehicle will be accompanied by a valid Ohio 30 day temporary license plate and registration.
9. Autos Direct Online will send duplicate copies of all documentation along with title to buyer in the event vehicle was paid for by certified cashiers check or wire transfer. In the event there is a third party finance source (bank/credit union), Autos Direct Online will send duplicate copies of documentation to customer, and the title will be forwarded to lending institution.
10. Transaction is now complete, and eBay transaction feedback is left by buyer and seller.
