I had never bought a vehicle online. I contacted the guys from Autos Direct, and was immediately comfortable with them. They did a “walk-around” on the vehicle I was interested in while on the phone with me, and told me about every possible flaw that the vehicle had. In fact, when I saw the vehicle for the first time, I was actually having trouble finding the flaws he was talking about. The whole process was just very smooth and easy. First of all, it is tough buying a vehicle as a single woman. I went to 7 dealers locally before deciding to look online for a car. I searched by lowest price, and Autos Direct Online came up near the top of the list. I emailed an information request, and was blown away when I got a return email before I got off my computer. The info I requested was given honestly and quickly. After about 6 or 7 emails, I decided to buy the car. I called Bob and we agreed on a price in 5 minutes. He even got me a shipping quote, and helped me pick out a warranty for the car. When the car got off the truck, I couldn’t believe how nice it was. I have driven the car every day since then, and have had no problems. I will never go to a typical car dealership again! Before any of my friends buy a car, I tell them to check out their site. These guys are good.
